Who we are

    • Reel Retro (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells made-to-order apparel and drinkware produced on demand through third-party production partners (e.g., Gelato). By using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Products and availability

    • Made-to-order: Most items are produced after you place an order. Mockups are illustrative and final colors/placement may vary slightly.
    • We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors without prior notice.

Pricing and billing

    • Prices are shown in your local currency and may change without notice.
    • You authorize us to charge your payment method at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Order process

    • Orders begin production quickly; changes/cancellations are not guaranteed once submitted. Contact us ASAP.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, errors, or policy violations.

Shipping and delivery

    • Fulfillment is handled by our production partner(s). Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination and item.
    • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (carrier issues, customs, weather).
    • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Returns and problem resolution

    • Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size.
    • If there is a manufacturing or printing defect, or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 14 days with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit per our Return Policy.

Intellectual property and content

    • All designs, logos, and content on this site are owned by Reel Retro or licensed to us. You may not use them without permission.

User conduct

    • Do not misuse the site, attempt to hack, or interfere with normal operations.

Third-party services

    • We use third parties (e.g., payment processors, production and shipping partners). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

Limitation of liability

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reel Retro and its partners are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

Changes to Terms

    • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
