Refund policy

  • Made-to-order: Every item is printed when you order it. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.
  • If we made a mistake: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or the wrong design/size from what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Resolutions: For eligible issues, we’ll offer:
    • A free replacement, or
    • Store credit for the full item value (via our returns app), or
    • A refund in rare cases where a replacement isn’t possible.
  • Store credit over refunds: Because our products are made-to-order, we primarily provide store credit for approved issues. It’s fast, flexible, and helps keep waste low.
  • Sizing: Please use the size chart before ordering. If you’re unsure, reach out—we’re happy to help.
  • How to start: Use our Returns Portal (link in footer) or email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the problem, packaging, and any sizing/label info. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
  • What we can’t accept:
    • Worn or washed items (except to show a print defect)
    • Non-defect returns (wrong size, dislike of color, change of mind)
    • Items outside the 14-day window
  • Wrong address/undeliverable: If the address was entered incorrectly or the package is unclaimed, we can reship once it returns to the facility—additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Exchanges: We don’t offer traditional exchanges because everything is POD. If an issue is approved, we’ll handle it via replacement or store credit
