  • How we ship
    • Production: Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. During peak times, it can take a bit longer.
    • Delivery estimates (after production):
      • Domestic (US, UK, EU): typically 2–7 business days
      • International: typically 5–10 business days
    • These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual times depend on the destination, item type, and local carrier performance.
  • Tracking
    • You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
  • Multi-item orders
    • Items may ship separately depending on the products and the closest production facility. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
  • Shipping rates
    • Calculated at checkout based on item, destination, and service level.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes
    • International orders may incur customs or import fees. These are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
  • Address issues and delivery failures
    • Please double-check your address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship once corrected—additional shipping costs may apply.
    • If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors/building management and allow 24–48 hours. If still missing, contact us and we’ll help file a claim.
  • Damaged or wrong items
    • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit per our Return Policy.
  • Where we ship
    • We ship to most countries serviced by our production partner network. If your address isn’t eligible, we’ll notify you at checkout or by email.

  • Can I change my size after ordering?
    • We start production quickly and can’t guarantee changes. Message us ASAP and we’ll try.
  • Can I return an item if I don’t like the fit?
    • Since everything is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Please check our size chart or ask us before ordering.
  • What if my print fades?
    • If you follow care instructions and see a print issue, reach out with photos. We stand by our quality.
